Cambo retiring won't release that much money to chase a name player. I got the impression Miller accepts Cambo will retire at the end of this year.
Miller considers himself the "gap" man at Tigerland - help with recruiting, coteries, etc. Do whatever needs to be done for Richmond. He said he loves it.
Miller happy with U18 champs as it is. Prefers the competitive nature. Players who miss out on U18 champs but still make it onto an AFL list get picked up because they do well later on in the year after the champs.
At the draft: pick best player available with first pick then consider balance: example after Deledio, Tambling and Meyer we had 3 smalls so needed a tall - Pattison.
When asked about the ages/nearing retirement of Gas and Kellaway, Miller said he believes we have prospects internally as well as still looking externally.

Terry has told the players to focus on their kicking and to some extent to lift their tackling. Both areas we need top improve on. Wallace expects them after the break to take (more) risks and run the ball, hitting targets and getting the ball forward. Get on the front foot early.
