* Have they got the players? They've got the talent but have they got the effort, the fire to do what it takes to achieve September success? Are they prepared to pay the price for their individual teammates week in week out to get there? I'm not quite sure if they are there yet.
* Plenty going wrong at the moment but how they are using their full forward Jack Riewoldt is one of them. Astounded that he was used away from the goalsquare last week as a decoy. I want the ball directed through him. He is a star player so let him do his thing. Don't put him on a flack; not up the ground; I want him starting in the goalsquare and leading out at the footy a la like Tom Hawkins.
* Vickery is just a developing player. Not in the same class as Jack. Ty should be up the ground hitting up leaving Jack in the goalsquare with crumbers at his feet. Richmond to win tonight.
