It looks as though Port may have the cure for acute tigeritis.

Shultz was a victim of the Terry Wallace technical school of who the hell knows what the stuff he's talking about.
Let's face it, Shultz isn't the sharpest tool in the shed & didn't know what he was supposed to do at Tigerland. At Port they made it pretty simple for him, Lead, mark, kick ball through big sticks.

He never would've been anything at Richmond. Only the elite, players that would've been tripple brownlow medalists at say Geelong, have made a name for themselves at Tigerland in a positive way. The rest of them, at any other club would've been serviceable good stars at a club like Geelong but at Richmond they get infected and end up on the crap heap like all the coaches the club has chewed up and spat out.

Good on him though but if he stayed he'd be another Plapp.
The club that keeps giving.

Was absolute madness getting rid of him for peanuts the same season Richardson retired.
How did we let such an obviously talented tall walk out the door?
Shocking player development from a club in disarray for years. :P
Port got the deal of the century.

I kept on saying he had talent when he was with us.  That game when he kicked 5 or six against Mal Michaels up at the Gabba when Richo missed the game showed that he had what it takes.
But people said it was just a one off.  Unfortunately Richo ruled the forward line roost and didn't work well with another big man other than Ottens.  Thems the breaks.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

He is currently the 2nd best CHF in the game behind Nick.R. Doesn't have to win the Coleman, if ya CHF is kicking plenty of goals then brilliant.
