Whoever comes have to change the culture.

It's bruise free footy for a bunch of prima donnas at Richmond.

When was the last time we seen the boys uncompromising in their commitment to each other?

When was the last time we seen a player take out a tagger?
When was the last time you seen someone actually fight for his teammate?

I wouldn't care if we had a team of B & C players if they became the most feared team in the league again. When opposition teams knew they were in for a stuffing hard day at the office.
At the moment every team knows us as the egg team.
We are a laughing stock. If you have a team of hard nuts that go in and willing to fight for one another that'll go a long way at changing the culture of softness that's engrained at punt road.

We need a coach that can change the culture first and build a finals team.
“When people stop talking, that’s when you get violence. That’s when civil war happens, because you start to think the other side is so evil, and they lose their humanity.”

I think we will.
However, I might not be alive to see it.

Hope my kids will though!
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
