It shouldn't have got to that stage in the first place, I suspect Dusty see's guys like Grigg on 400k and Chaplin on 400k and thinks well I'm twice as good as these clowns, why am I only on 450k? It wasn't just Martin and his managements fault, the TPP management has been a disgrace with these recycled rejects. Ruined our internal TPP economy by paying average players high wages.

Spot on Jack.

No1 is blaming Peggy but her role has the ability to make the club into what it is. Has she got what it takes? Big decisions have to be made. Will she be tough enough? Will she be to empathetic?
So my question is, like previous coaches, why is it that every president of the past 30 years have failed to change our culture? Are they all to blame?

I am not really arguing either, just asking the question. Why is it that no one can turn this club around? Is it incurable?

It's a great question GR 12.

I think there have been glimpses but we've made many mistakes

The logical explanation is,
Unqualified Imbeciles have been in charge.

I liken it to the Catholic Church

It's ingrained, so to speak.

You can tear a building down but you can't erase a memory...

It happens when there is a bit of unrest at the club. Everyone has a opinion how the club should be run & who should be running it & why. Some don't agree & it all starts collapsing around the club because people dont trust each other or wanna work with each other. Most of the time its those who never played for the club & don't care to carry on their job. They just treat it as going to work & stuff the boss as its not my worry. Then injuries on top of that really gets everyone in the mood. Then the eat your own attack & its a dull place to be & most move on. Then it starts all over again.  ;D
