Super hero/action hero scouting report for 2006
« on: July 15, 2005, 05:43:05 PM »
The Tigers are looking to add some brilliance to their already improved lineup and have investigated the possibility of recruiting super heroes and action heroes.

Here is a leaked scouting report
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Superman
Pros - Has a great leap and excellent pace
Cons - Doesn't like the expansive change rooms at the MCG and refuses to wear anything but Demons Colours.

The Thing
Pros - Imposing onfield presence
Cons - Slow and has hands like concrete (Another Ben Holland)

The invisible woman
Pros - a real favorite with the players and elusive in pack situations
Cons - She's invisible far too often especially during post match celebrations. Could be a liability on end of season trips.

Batman
Pro's - Already has the Silver top taxi promo uniform.Has unlimited supply of gatorade in his utility belt to share with other players
Con's - Demands a parking spot be reserved at the players entrance at all grounds on gameday. Prone to repeated tribunal visits for overzealous use of the bat boomerang on opposition players. (FYI - this offence carries a mandatory 6 week suspension) (Another Mark Jackson)

Speed Racer
Pros - Slick on the ground, popular with the chicks and has a fully sick subwoofer
Cons - Forget about TAC becoming a sponsor ever again! Spends too much time in Chapel St.

Aquaman
Pros - Great in wet/muddy conditions
Cons - can have a tendency to go into a coma in warm dry weather. requires constant rehydration. Maybe include Batman as a package deal.

Spiderman
Pros - excellent tagger. sticks to players like glue.
Cons -  Has the same club colours problem as superman

Mr T
Pros - A solid performer who will crush anyone who gets in his way
Cons - a possible attitude problem

Luke Skywalker
Pros - Has cat like reflexes and excellent peripheral vision. possibly a good midfield prospect
Cons - totally focused on detroying the deathstar rather than a premiership victory.

The Bionic Man
Pros - Strength and speed to burn
Cons - Is only good on one side of his body.

I didn't know they were all scouts tiga.  8)

Spiderman would be a good pick up because he'd hang around on the web site with us.

 ;D

All better options than Spud's recruiting of Mr Potatohead, Speedy Gonzales sleepy slow cousin Slowpoke Rodriguez and the Mr Men - Mr Clumsy, Mr Muddle, Mr Slow and Mr Lazy ;D.

Mr Lazy lies in bed most of day. He only wakes up to yawn! But when he does get out of bed, he falls asleep in the garden!

Didn't Fiora once name his favourite past time as sleeping - hello it's Mr Lazy :rollin

Luke Skywalker
Pros - Has cat like reflexes and excellent peripheral vision. possibly a good midfield prospect
Cons - totally focused on detroying the deathstar rather than a premiership victory.

Didn't his dad cross over to the dark side - Collingwood - in the eighties Trade wars  :-X.
