I missed our blitz in opening 10 minutes of that game thanks to the traffic. Took us over an hour to get from Lygon St to the MCG carpark. It would've been almost quicker to walk. The first and last time I've been to the footy by car :yep.

I didn't remember that. Funny that. I do remember Claw whinging about our list management and pointing out Stewart Edwards limitations. He did rate Earl Spalding as a role player but thought John Doratich was a wanker

The Richmond v Carlton final in 2001 was a few days after September 11. I remember the atmosphere was pretty flat for a finals game
