All just words.... :sleep and we have heard them all before.
From the biggest soft c0(k on our list
It's about time someone at this club stood up and did rather than talk big in the pre-season.
I would rather hear nothing from the club because it's all just idol promises.
I would've thought that coming second in the time trial and the senior boys returning early was standing up doing as opposed to talking big.
  :lol
yer lets celebrate.
If you think that is standing up you are easily pleased.
Well what the stuff else can they do this time of the year?
STFU WOULD BE A GOOD START.
you must be 12 years old if you are not sick of the same $h17 every year.
I am and hearing it from  Ellis after what he and the club served up in the last game last year gives me the sh/7s.
Just remember what they served up in the first half of the year after hurting so much from the first finals debacle. As I said before, it's just words until they do something about it.

it can fuel em up all they like but the simple fact is it wont matter how pumped up they get. they arent good enough and until the club recognises this we are doomed to more of the same.
Please, just one positive comment. Something like, "Its great to see the senior players coming back earlier than they need to." Or, "its great that Brandon has done a fair bit of work over the break."
when they are honest with us, when they stop all the b/s spin  i will look to find a  positive. ffs it would be better if they just said nothing and let their actions and footy do the the talking.

sheesh arent you sick to death of this sort of poo every yr. i dont need ellis or any of em to tell me how much they hurt, i need em just once to show with their actions just how much they hurt, i need em to be honest with themselves just once in the pre season. until then they should keep their b/s spin to themselves and  continue to  kid themselves and stop trying to hoodwink us supporters we have had enough of it.
let em redeem themselves first and then talk it up if they  are good enough. in the mean time just stfu im sick to death being made to look silly just for being a richmond supporter because of the utter nonsnse that spews out of their mouths every yr.
Go Richo12 thinks turning up to training is standing up.
Not only that he thinks a second in a training drill is standing up. Someone was always going to win and someone was always going to come second. Nothing to get excited about I would think.
Hilarious.
Where did I say that turning up to training is standing up?
I also have a funny feeling that coming second at something in life would be something that you have never been successful enough to achieve, hence your need to belittle such a result.Hilarious indeed.

Yeah, I must STFU because I refuse to be a negative prick.

all clubs are obliged to give a certain amount of media representations.

The amount of people that want to hear players tell the media how crap they are and put themselves down would be minimal, despite the impression you may get from reading OER
Would rather them talk about how hard they are going to train rather than how they are hurting from what they served up in September, especially after their first half of the season after hurting so much from the Carlton lose the previous year.
It's one thing to try and be positive but let's be honest, they let us down year in year out.

Settle Richo 12, I was telling the players/club to STFU.
And calling you 12 only meant you haven't felt the full brunt of the last 30 years.  :thumbsup

If you want to read "spin", then read that Collingwood comic the Herald Sun. Buckley has fooled everyone including half the posters on this forum (which includes you craw) by systematically taking a side from 2nd to 11th. It's a naff article at a naff time of year but the usual suspects are there like vultures to pick over the 2014 carcass  ::)
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Hilarious.

Same thing could be said about the premiership :shh

The only difference being one is a run around a park with your teammates early in preseason the other is the pinnacle of why you play the game at the highest level. Yer, sort of the same thing.  :shh
