This regime has had 5 years to build the club & we are still in no mans land. Still struggling to make finals, still struggling to get the most out of 1st round prime picks in Vickery & Conca whilst Lennon has a whole lot of these ?????? coupled with this

Our recruiting: I find it unbelievable that anyone would give it above a poor rating in this 5 year period.
Our development: I would be inclined to give this department a massive fail in this 5 year period.
