Foley was a good when he was fit.  If Thompson picked him up when Geebung were winning premierships to take to Ireland, he wasn't that stuffing bad.
Lots of people name their swords......

Playing Foley in that round 1, 2009 (Cousins) game, when he couldn't walk two days before it because we were so desperate, wrecked him. He was never the same player after that ankle injury.
