If we are going to win the flag in 2016 , the following need to improve
Hampson
Elton
Lloyd
Lennon
Grigg
Grimes

We get 20% improvement out of them
and our stars play as well again
We win the flag , so the six I have mentioned are extremely important

Where you bin J'star?
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Most important we get good or improved performance
Grimes
Astbury
Batchelor
Yarran

They are all 50+ games (or will be in Astburys case) and ought to influence games now.

Outside of that I'd like to see games from some kids to show our depth

C. Ellis, he's such a good kick but you can't kick it from the stand.
McBean, time to take the leap.

and I'd love to see McKenzie come good and get a game or two.

Jackstar is back!!!

My top 6 most important players in 2016 for us to go further are

Vickory
Yarran
Grimes
Edwards
Maric
Vlastuin

We basically know what we are going to get from our superstars, Lids, Cotch, Jack, Dusty and Rance but the players above all have upside IMO and can take us further with more consistent performances and improvement.  (Maric just needs to stay fit)
If they can all take the next step (from an B grader to an A grader for example) we can definitely compete against the top sides consistently, and in September.

The bottom six also play a massive barring on our chances too but those 6 to 10 players will change from week to week but they all also need to contribute to the above 11, especially the young ones coming in. If we can find another real quality couple of kids that push the likes of Batch, Bachar, Hunt and Grigg out we are well on our way.

I've already written off Griff and Astbury as I don't rate either of them so I also hope someone can step up and make it a really easy decision for the coaching staff.

Martin. 24.
Cotchin.  25.
Rance. 26.
Reiwoldt.  27

They can all have higher levels potentially.

IMHO lids could be anything, still, too. More so if his team is less poo than the last 10-12 years. He look proper ripped
