How half of that crap is ahead of anything Bon recorded with AC/DC is surely a joke. I mean Nick Cave and TISM. And if I hear Horses again I'll shoot myself.  Who did this list?

It started on Twitter, couple of journo's (I know Rohan Connolly was one) heard about it, started tweeting about it and their followers started tweeting their choices and BINGO you have the list

Numbers to the right are the total number of tweets or retweets about that particular song

So the short answer to your question is people on Twitter  ;D
"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"

from the song "Don't Walk Away" by Pat Benatar 1988 (Wide Awake In Dreamland)

Disgraceful....
