If successful they have to deal with current players it's part of the job

This stuff is absolute rubbish. Clubs draft players they need & never know what the outcome will be with picking a good footballer or a freakish footballer. The players we picked were very good young footballers but injury, home sickness, or personal issues whatever it is can happen at all clubs & it does happen at every club.Talent scouts can only do so much & then it is upto the staff taking the players to the next level & that is all it boils down too. The media team rubbish of players we never drafted is rubbish. Don't get sucked into rubbish like that.
