I'd argue Lennon would be awesome if he was

1) given a consistent block of games and not dropped in the EF for Griffith/Conca
2) not played out of position i.e. HB

Cripps vs Lennon isn't a valid debate. They're both completely different players. Yes Cripps is a solid inside mid but Lennon was recruited from memory because he's an elite kick and was meant to be Deledio's replacement?
Give me a break!
Just because they play in a different position doesn't mean you cannot compare them. One is a star of the game  in a crap side in his 3rd year of AFL footy and the other cannot get a game in our poo side.
Seriously some are deluded on here.
I like the kid but from what I hear he needs to work harder and that's coming from someone inside the club. I hate DH too but sometimes kids simply need to work harder and want this more. Being an early draft pick doesn't automatically get you a game.

it should

when you have guys aged 25-30 who play in a similar positions that suck

From Damian Barrett:

Richmond has stuffed things up. After three straight elimination finals losses, 2016 was meant to be the year. It won't be. And now officials are scrambling, one even daring to retro-fit past decisions that haven't worked. Some clubs never get it right.
