Ultimately it is the board that make these decisions. It may be heart warming to be able to lay the blame at on or two peoples feet, but no one (or two) individuals can overrule the majority.

Benny is on the board now but key point is he recommended the contract extension earlier this season and the board  backed Benny

So while the board unconditionally backs Benny (whixh they do) and Benny backs Dimma, Dimma keeps his job

I don't agree with it but it is how it is from what I've seen and hear

Clean out will be others not the senior coach or CEO

still, ultimately it is the board that must take responsibility, If they unconditionally follow the the advice of one person and that person is wrong, it is they who must carry the can. after all, that is what they are there for.

lol why bother tanking we can't even do that right, there are a ton of teams way ahead of us on that and this year is a wasted tank year coz we already blew our 2'nd rounder

Picks in the top 30 will be gold this year. All clubs know it. Its very even.

The top 10 is very even too.

Having said that, the lower the pick the better if we are going to trade it for a gun, in competition with say a Carlton.
