If Travis Cloke didn't go to the Pies under F/S i'd take him @ 16 coz i reckon Pattison would have lasted till 20, and Polo would have lasted to 36

If Travis Cloke had come to us under the F/S we would have got him at 36. From memory I didn't see anyone rate him as a first rounder anyway unlike the other F/S like Smith (Roos) and Morton (Eagles).

If Cloke hadn't of gone father/son the Demons would have taken him at either 13 or 15 as they took two KPP with those picks!

T Cloke was always very hghly rated.

I reckon he would have been close to going @ 6 after the much agreed 'top 5'.

No, he was rated as a 1st rounder, possible top 10-12 but never top 6!

Mate, I remember people when Collingwood' landed' Jason over us (Cogs  8)) talking up how good the 3rd Cloke and how taking Jason was part of the Grand plan to take Trav.

I dont know how much truth there is to that but outside the top 5 it was always very even. I'd rather Tav Cloke over the likes of Messen, Williams and Patto.

Maybe even over Roughead/Franklin.

Travis proved this year playing at CHF that he is a talent, mobile, quick and deceptively strong, somehow reminds me of Riewoldt in the way that he plays. IMO he wasn't worth a top ten pick but would have been a good late firstround bargain for us.
