Is that why he threw all his assistant coaches (that he hired) under the bus after his coaching failed yet again in 2016?

Umm..

He actaully had very little say in "his" assistants getting the flick. That decision was made by others

Carry on  ;D

that would quite an issue if true dont you think Willy?

Are you saying that his views on who his assistants should be were considered irrelevant ?

Surely he must have been consulted

The time had well and truly passed for consultation.

Consulted, told = same difference  ;D

But seriously, not really. Internal review showed things needed to change, club changed them. Yes he probably got "consulted" about what was going to happen, with them getting flicked but could he have stopped It?  My view is no.

Did he have a say in the newbies, again yeah consulted IMV but they wanted Caracella, they got him. They were always going to get him

By the way WP how do you think Mcqualter is going and that other fella bailey when he was with us?  :lol

Gee McQualter...Hmmm....working with Caracella with the midfield group. Going by what we've seen in the pre-season I'd suggest he along with Caracella are doing a reasonable job. But knowing your MO you'll only give credit to Caracella

As for Bailey, you really love flogging a dead horse.

I stand by my view that he did a good job. Ever player I spoke to while he was there and after he left spoke highly of him, said he was a great mentor. Which whether you chose to believe it or not is one of the main criteria of being a development. And fact remains he was a premiership player after coming back from 3 knee recos

Havnt you worked it out by now?

If Dan doesnt rate them as a player they are a dud coach
If Dan has never heard of them before they were appointed they are dud coach

Hawthorn didn't hesitate to take Bailey as a development coach but then again what would they know?
