Love how we are already underdogs for this year. IMO we will have an even better year next year. As our younger players develop further, more pressure for spots.

Seriously who is this expert writing this garbage
Defence will always beat attack-fact!! As what happened in the finals
Can see us being 11-0 after round 11
See us being Top of ladder at years end
Would suggest teams such as Port and Swans being in top 4
Long shot for 8 , Blues , why ? As there game is built on defending
Bombers bottom 4
My top 8
Tigers
Port
Sydney
Hawthorn
Geelong
Adelaide
GWS
Carlton

There is no way we finish as low as seventh. We will finish top 4 imho. I think we have a team that now knows how to win big games,
I expect to see us again on Grand Final Day in 2018 and I think we will win again and it wont matter who we play.

Its funny, every person I speak to about the footy post flag, they always very quickly state that we wont even make finals next year.

Based on what? Saltyness mixed with the Dogs missing the finals this year, which is apparently the new trend.

IMHO the only thing that will cause us to miss the top 4 in 2018 is what happens above the shoulders

Yep and I think this year we showed that what happens above the shoulders is calculated, measured and on point. Can't see it changing, we've grown immensely this season.

Essendon to look a million dollars all year, winning 35-40 goal shoot outs, have their fanboy media slobbering all over them and be declared flag favourites early...only to go out in straight sets as there lack of defensive pressure gets exposed in finals again.... :clapping

If our depth is as good as the club suggest, it would be marginal
