I havent seen him play at all Mopsy, but a friend of mine who is at Coburg doesnt really rate him at all and thinks he needs to do a lot more if he is going to make it.

Maybe its just the way he comes across, from all accounts he is a great kick for goal and also a good grab so hopefully he does get a run. I would love to see him play.

The Coburg game last friday won't help his chances but he wasn't to blame for hardly getting a kick as even Lloyd would have struggled with the crap delivery (and I mean crap even compared to Richmond  :-\). Being consistent with his intensity and building up his strength is what Cleva needs to work on as when he presents strongly on the lead he looks good. He probably doesn't have the strength yet to break open packs and mark. He could play this week with all the talls missing but I wouldn't be surprised if Limbach played instead as Dean's had an extra year in the system or Wallace brings in Jackson and goes small and quick with Richo planted about 25-30m out and leading up to clear a space behind.

I would play him just so that we stretch the bulldogs. the one thing cleve has in his favor is if he gets it he'll mostly kick a goal. so he only needs to get 4 or 5 times this week to make some impact.

Wouldn't surprise me at all

With no Knobel, Stafford and probably Hall we need some height up forward - Hughes is the likely bloke

TFS had Knobel and Gas named in the squad of 28 they blinked up on the screen. Saw Patto, Rainesy and Roach listed as well. Didn't see Hughes name in there though.

I would expect P Bowden and Patto to be playing as two tall forwards.  Patto maybe even to take the forward line ruck duties.  I think Cleve has to perform in the magoos forst.
