The Humour Foundation . . . Laughter is the Best Medicine
To coincide with the Tigers in Community hospital visits program, the Richmond Football Club proudly supports the Humour Foundation’s quest in creating Australia’s Biggest Smile on Friday, March 31 at Telstra Dome.
The Humour Foundation is a charity, founded in 1997 and dedicated to promoting the health benefits of humour. Clown Doctors work in hospitals, spreading doses of humour to help relieve fear and stress and to help recovery. The whole hospital community benefits – patients, families and staff.
Creating Australia’s BIGGEST SMILE at Telstra Dome will celebrate the Clown Doctors’ national fund-raising project ‘Smile Day,’ and help to raise money for Clown Doctor Programs throughout Australia.
See the Clown Doctors at the game, and you will have a chance to win a 10kg block of Cadbury chocolate simply by participating in the creation of Australia’s Biggest Smile.
Smile Postcards will be available at the ground. Make sure you collect one and follow the ground announcer’s instructions. And, remember, ‘Laughter is the Best Medicine’!
