Brendon Bolton sacked by Carlton
« on: June 03, 2019, 12:54:27 PM »
Their Football dept. head had a meeting with Carlton's chairman this morning.

Coach, his manager, players & staff all at Princes Park now for 1pm meeting.

Press conference coming up at 2pm.

SEN saying it's to announce Bolton's resignation/sacking.

Edit: confirmed.

 :ROTFL

Does this mean Mr Visy will resign too.  :rollin

So the Robert Walls appointment helped.  :lol  :rollin :lol

Let’s hope they keep SOS too and maybe he can get another chance to rebuild the list.  :shh

This had to happen.

Not perfect list management but they have plenty of handy players and IMO surely have more talent than they're record suggests.

Definitely a coach issue.

Some good mids, KPD talent, established ruckman etc.

Lots of players I'd welcome at Punt Rd...

Blues won. Sacked coach response strikes again.

Brisbane paid tribute to Fitzroy by not only wearing their jumper but playing like them too after 1/4 time.

Good result for us at least. The Lions stay on the same points.

How much better are the blues now Bolton has gone? Is it new coach bounce or was Bolton just dragging them down?
