It may be time for some people on this forum to start eating humble pie.

Paddy Bowden is going great guns so far and is definitely IMO the most in form player at Punt Rd currently

He has been somewhat of a shining light so far this season.

Even more impressive is that he is playing well while we are losing.

Plenty of games to go, hopefully he can keep on improving and gaining more confidence in his ability.

Paddy would be close to leading our B&F at this stage but it's only round 4 and he played well in the first 3 rounds last for the dogs too before fading badly (or deliberately tanking if you ask X lol ;) ). If Bowden's still keeping this form up in the second half of the season then he would close to the steal of the 2005 draft at pick 56 or whatever it was.

He just needs to finish off his goalkicking like a number of Tigers. Although he's kicked a few this year, he had a couple of crucial misses against the Saints and Eagles that could of kept up our momentum going.

Maybe I need to go watch the game again, but although P. Bowden didn’t get a lot of possessions against Brisbane, there seemed to be a lot of purpose in what he did and was a steadying influence on occasions, especially late in the game.  A sign that maybe he’s developing some maturity in his game.
