But the standing ovation by the Tiger Army along the wing for the goal umpire was priceless  ;D :thumbsup.

Yep  I was one of those. It was funny.

My kids said to me but why are you clapping at the umpires you said they were rubbish. I said goal umpires are fine haha

Asked the umpire if he was alright a number of times.

The ovation for the goal umpire as he left the field was also a not so subtle dig from the Tiger Army at the hopeless field umpires who were eventually booed off the ground at the end of the game :yep.
