Myer selling its city store

I knew Myer were selling their city stores and were going to lease it back. But I can't believe they are apparently only leasing back the Bourke St side and not the Lonsdale one. I only use the Lonsdale side when I shop there  ???.

Myer are shutting down their ground floor food hall in the City Store.

No more sitting on stools sipping a cuppa while looking out the window as people walk by and watching 5 Council workers looking down a manhole lol.

With the sky high prices there I'm surprised that it's not that profitable for them.

 i remember gping there with mum and dad when i was 3 or 4.

They had this lime cordial machine and it was like 2 or 5 cents a cup-lol
