14th?  I guess anything is possible ... except for tipping Port to win the flag!       :lol

He tipped us to win the spoon in 2017.  Stuffen genius this guy.

There is more chance of Kendal Jenner booty calling me tonight than us finishing behind West Coke next year.

No way Sydney stay 5th with a tough draw. Geelong will slide finally. Absolutely aged list. Ofcourse he has WCE finishing 8th lol. They are on the slide but with 11 games at home will always have an advantage.

It a pretty gutless ladder, no real diffeerence to this year.

I predict GWS and Bombers will shoot up the ladder and I can also see Freo making the 8 depending how the fair with Cerra trade and Neale maybe returning. I think we will be top 6 again. Sydney and Geelong will miss the 8. WCE too for mine.
Go Tigers!

Cant see Port winning, their midfield needs a couple more players. Maybe Sam Powell Pepper can lift but they'd need another too and they'd need Boak not to drop off.

i would like a midfielder in the his mid 20's from another club with some experience.

Some energy in the mid wouldnt hurt and with that Parker can go back to fremantle.
Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

I will go out on a limb here and say GCS if they stay healthy could sneak into the 8.

Reason is they now have got 10  players to 100 plus games but they have got a lot of the kids they have managed to keep between 50 and 90 games. plus they have an abundance of top ten talent spread right thru and they are getting games into them.

If they stay healthy they have good structure.

I think id be looking for another kpd especially with Thompson being out for basically the last  two seasons and a key fwd as there is only really King day and corbett.

Also if they keep pick 3 they will add a player like callaghan to their midfield group.

Their best side at least on paper looks pretty impressive and if its just about getting games into most of them as a group they are well on the way.

For those who are interested heres what i think will be their best 25 odd players. i will even give height size age games and where they were taken in the draft.

To Karl Langdon it doesnt take much to give good reasons if you put a bit of time into it. Freakin lazy so called journo's

FB: Powell 185/79- 22/57 games ND 19  - Ballard 196/93 - 22/69gms  ND 42 - Lemmens 184/81 - 26/114gms ND 27.

HB: Bowes 187/88 - 23/78gms ND 10 - Collins 194/99 - 27/59gms ND 55 - Lukosius 195/89 - 21/60gms ND 2

Backline has 437 games at 72. Its ave age is 23.5

C: Ellis 181/82 - 28/210gms ND 15 - Miller 178/83 - 26/138gms ND 29 - Weller 181/83 - 25/116gms ND 13.

R: Witts 209/111 - 29/122 ND ? - Swallow 185/87 - 28/175 ND 1 - Rowell 180/78 20/17gms ND 1.

Midfield has 778 games at 129.6 ave age is 26.

HF: Ainsworth 179/77 23/74gms ND 4 - Day 197/99 - 29/143gms ND 3 - Flanders 183/82 20/21gms ND 11

FF: Sexton 186/82 - 28/154gms zone - King 202/96 - 21/53gms ND 6 - Rankine 181/82 - 21/30gms ND 3.

475 games at 79.1 ave age 23.6

INT: Chol 198/98 - 25/31gms rookie. - Fiorini 186/84 - 24/62gms ND 20 - Anderson 192/86 - 21/37gms ND 2 - Sharpe 187/79 20/11gms ND27

Hollands 189/85 - 19/0gms ND 7 - Pick 3 2021 ND - Greenwood 191/92 - 30/83gms ND? - Burgess 191/90 26/33gms. Corbett 190/90 - 25/30gms. ND ?. Atkins 186/85 - 27/109gms ND 81.

As i said another quality tall defender and fwd on their list and with the abundance of early picks on the list it should only be a matter getting enough games into them as a group. As we know its not always that simple but i think they are well on the way if they stay the course they wont stay easy beats for too much longer.

Their forward line is the problem. Other lines are capable.

Chol in the forward line is an upgrade on Day

I tend to agree. I picked Day for his experience but they did have Josh Corbett kick 23 goals from 16 games this year.

I suppose if King or Corbett got hurt Day is an experienced hand that would step in.

King Corbett and Chol as a ruck/fwd would go alright. As i stated they could do with another quality or productive key forward and a live wire goal kicking small so we do agree their fwd line is their problem atm.

I just like where they have got to when it comes to their games  age profile and the prolific amount of players taken under pick 30 who have played 30 odd games but are mostly over 50 games..
