It's by a Richmond supporter  :huh. It's simply a message to appreciate and enjoy watching our veteran champions before they eventually retire in the next few years. It's not saying they can't win another flag in 2022.

I need a 2022 gold weg poster poster for my richmond premiership poster collection. I have 1967, 1969, 1973, 1974, 1980, 2017, 2019, 2020. I need to keep adding to my collection. Also need to start getting the posters from 1920 onwards.
