Saw Stack running repeat sprints after the VFL game - very intense.
The club that keeps giving.

This is the best news i have had in weeks. A hungry Stack will be an important inclusion in our 2022 journey.

Richmond VFL coach Steve Morris provides a summary of how the Tigers’ players performed in Sunday's Round 5 match against Casey.

Tyler Sonsie (25 disposals, 17 disposals, five rebound-50s, four marks)

"Had a couple of moments that would really excite Tiger fans. His lateral movement really stood out and his decision-making in traffic is a real strength of his."

Jake Aarts (21 disposals, 10 tackles, four clearances, one goal)

"Had a red-hot crack on the weekend and was superb once again. He continues to hit the contest hard and his 10 tackles highlights his willingness to compete."

Judson Clarke (17 disposals, six inside-50s, five tackles, one goal)

"Had a bit of a different role in the first half playing through the midfield and had a great first half, which was good for his development and flexibility moving forward. He's taking really great steps forward in his development."

Sydney Stack (17 disposals, eight clearances, four tackles, one goal)

"Had an excellent first half. He really impacted when he was up and around the footy and had a classy finish in front of goal."

Samson Ryan (16 disposals, 47 hit-outs, six clearances, four inside-50s)

"It was a great opportunity for him to test himself against a really good ruckman in Majak Daw. Samson had 47 hit-outs and probably just needs to tidy up a couple of technical things that he'll be working on in the coming weeks."

Will Martyn (15 disposals, 10 tackles, four rebound-50s)

"His hunger for the contest cannot be questioned, highlighted by his 10 tackles. He's developing nicely down back and is starting to get more consistently involved in our offence which is a continual focus of his."

Bigoa Nyuon (14 disposals, nine marks, seven rebound-50s)

"He once again had a really solid game. His aerial work was a standout and he took nine marks, including a number of intercept possessions. He's getting involved in our offence, he just needs to tidy up a couple of errors."

Sam Banks (13 disposals, eight marks, four inside-50s)

"He's progressing really nicely, Sam. His run is really noticeable out on the wings and he's a beautiful ball user. A couple of his contests, both in the air and at ground level, also stood out."

Ben Miller (10 disposals, three tackles, two clearances)

"Dropped down from AFL duties the previous week. I would have liked to see a little bit more from Ben. He'll have a real focus on his contest work in the coming weeks, but we know he's got all the attributes and he's a beautiful user of the footy."

Maurice Rioli (seven disposals, four tackles, three inside-50s)

"A quieter game offensively but his impact on the game was still quite high. He had a couple of inspirational defensive efforts that really got us going in the second half."
