Tigers, Pies, Blues: Who really has the better list?
All three are tipped to play finals, all three are eyeing the top four and all three made key off-season moves.
But who has the best list between Collingwood, Carlton and Richmond?

Why is Collingwood mentioned? They don’t haven’t had an elite power key forward since Travis Cloke!
But back to the question I think the differences in between Carlton and Richmond are marginal. Carlton have Mackay and Curnow. We have lynch but an aging Riewoldt. At their best you’d probably argue Cripps and Walsh would only be matched by Petracca and Oliver. Weitering is an absolute jet and grimes is without a doubt in the twilight of his career and Balta’s 2022 form was inconsistent.
But at the end of the day the game is also a massive psychological test and we have Dustin Martin so I’ll back our list to have an edge over Carlton.

Collingwood shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath IMO.
Had a great run in 2022, doubt they'll back it up.
I'm looking forward to round 1, should be a good game after a decade or so of dominance.
