While the Prez said the decision will be made by the footy dept., he doesn't believe there will be wholesale changes regarding the team around Yze.

That will be disappointing and to conservative by the club.

But what if it's what Yze wants. Remembering thwt we bought in 2 new coaches this year. Are you suggesting they go too?

From the outside it has an 'old boys club' feel, Morris Maric Lambert, Newman
Not saying they aren't the right people for the job or that it's wrong, maybe everything looks wrong when you can't win a game

Morris is doing a pretty good job with the VFL team,  Lambert has just started his journey as a development/assistant coach & Newman was with Hawks for 8? years. There'll be a new assistant coach appointed, possibly 2 depending what Yze wants. It's pretty much his call now.

I imagine there'll be a refreshing of quite a few areas in the club.    Just as there should be.

No Newman and Ziebell stay Yze got them in. First off he needs better support the club has left him to the wolves. Get him a senior assistant.  Teague leaving asap says something wasn't right there either.
