The Eagles' midfield was just scarily good. Run and carry at speed and with precision when with the footy; Non-stop high pressure footy working in numbers when without it. Amazing workrate and teamwork. Wallace would be in dreamland. The only question mark is still how their lack of quality key forwards will stand up in September.

When you think of last week and then see the Eagles play with the Saints tonight without Judd having much influence, it just further proves how ordinary we are. Long long way to go before we see the Tigers playing even close to the footy needed to challenge.

Still waiting for Riewoldt to cop the bagging in the media for his pathetic goalkicking that Richo always cops ::).

Edit: Ch 9 just showed Maguire break his leg in the last 5 minutes of the game ..... Ouch!  :P

We are a bottom 4 side and if we win 3 games to finish on 11 wins it will mask the true reality of where we are at and cost us a good early pick.

True Ramps. Apart from the Crows we haven't beaten anyone decent. All bottom 8 sides apart from the Pies but they are only up that high on the ladder because of their soft draw this year. There's a huge gap between the top 2-4 sides and the rest. Flag will come from the Crows, Eagles and perhaps the Dees and Swans.
