If the pics aren't on your computer you need to scan them onto your computer.
Once they're on your computer you need to find a host to put them on the net so the pic has a web "address" and you can link to (find) it. I'm pretty sure there are free hosts out there. (Alternatively you can email the pics to us at OER)
Then to view the pic on OER use the
button and put the address between the tags like so [ img ]web address here[ /img ].
