* The players are judged on all things they do at training - running, skills, boxing as well as the effort each puts in. If it's running then points are accrued by the position where they finish in runs, their times and what percentage they have improved from previous runs (latter category helps even it up for the bigger guys).
* Each coach judges independently then they come together.
* Skill vital these days. One area we need to continue to improve on. Learning to hold onto the footy and make the right decisions and then execute.
* Got Kingsley to take free up Richo now that Staff is gone.
* Stoked about getting Riewoldt. Will play senior footy straight away given the maturity of his body and his conditioning. Allowed us to get Polak for pick 42.
* Talked about Newy being well ahead of schedule and back into full training since last week.
* Yes it will be disappointing if we don't play finals.
* Finish up on Thursday then break until the next year where the boys will be tested again to see if they've looked after themselves over the break.
