Good wraps on him Bluey. Obviously a top 10-20 pick at this stage. Apparently a very fit midfielder with good skills. Got into the Northern Knights side just before the finals and finished with 17 goals from 6 games (including 3 finals) and averaged around 20 possies too. Goalkicking ballwinners wouldn't go astray at Richmond  :thumbsup.

Clubs: Northern Knights (TAC Cup), PEGS, West Preston
Hgt: 180 cm
Wgt: 76kg
D.O.B: 7/4/90

Yeah, Cotchin is currently looks like going in the first round, with a great season could push top 5.

Would love him at Richmond with his dynamic style of play.  :thumbsup

For me I'd have to say a ruckman would be the priority. If we can get our hands on Kreuzer it would be effing awesome, but I'd be just as happy if we could nab Bellchambers. Big lad (about 200cm), good strong build, very strong overhead, pretty athletic and is also a good forward option (actually started out as a tall forward). But to get Bellchambers and Cotchin we would have to hope that one of them has a terrible season or trade someone valuable for another 1st rounder.

Morton I see as probably floating around the 2nd round

I'd be worried using our first pick on a young ruckman. Apart from Jeff White, Josh Fraser, Otto (last two both so-so ruckman) and McIntosh and Cameron Wood both coming on this year, I can't think of any other top ruckman who were first round picks.

Biglands - 3rd round
Charman - 2nd round Brisbane zone
Beau MacDonald - 5th round
Hille - 3rd round
Sandilands - rookie
Brogan - rookie
Lade - zone selection (Port)
Everitt - zone selection (St K)
Cox - rookie

Simmo was a first round pick too but it took until his 3rd club to show his true ability.

I'd rather we take a KPP or quality onballer (not another skinny flanker).

Simmo was a rookie list player, I believe, MT.Picked up by Melb from Box Hill or somewhere like that.

Oops, you're right GB. Misread his profile. PSD 1st round pick in 1999.

that is true MT but times are changing. It is now harder and harder to find a diamond in the rough like Sandilands and Cox. You really need to risk more to get more.
