Summary

* Umps - no comment (laughs). Sugar's got a big contract so he can afford it (laughs again)

* A big move to leave Perth but glad he left. More opportunities and Wallace and the club have been good to him. Melbourne is a footy town and he loves it. 10 teams (less public scrutiny) and not knowing many people here.  Can go out for a quiet meal with the boys or his girlfriend has helped his footy.

* Variety of roles was a bit difficult at first. Wasn't expecting to play ruck when he first arrived but he knew he could do it as he did it at times with Freo. Good to settle at CHB last week. CHB is his preferred position as he likes reading the play but FB is also a position he wouldn't mind.

* Team skill errors are frustrating no matter which club you're with whether it's Richmond or Freo. Something you've got to live with. Believes it will improve as we are a young side on the up.

* Lids - we like to use his run in midfield and off HB. Take a few bounces and pump it forward.

* Our new forward structure with Cleve and Schulz forward and Richo running around could become a powerful weapon for us. Richo is amazing. Not sure what Wallace has in mind though.

* West Coast game disappointing which was Terry's message.

* Wallace - gets along with Terry really well, easy to talk to and approach. Gives good feedback.

* Has signed with us for 3 years.
