Summary

* Simmo still has a couple of snakes from when he was 14. A 7ft carpet python and a children's python. Been bitten only once in 10 years ago. Not venomous but they have sharp teeth. You build a bond like a dog lol.

* Never really had a major injury problem until this year. Came back in round 3 and re-did it. Frustrating. Been cautious building game time up. Started on the ground last week. Looking forward to the end of the season personally. Hope to get a few wins up.

* Terry has been strong on the direction the club is going. Playing the young guys. We're a young group especially down back. Spoke to Newy who said he felt like a veteran especially with Joel up in the midfield on the weekend. A good challenge against the top sides in coming weeks. A way to show we're giving our all, being competitive and not tanking.

* What playing stocks are needed?
- Speed through the midfield. Hopefully Lids and Tambo can keep developing. Foley has been great.
- Some hard in and under players. Playing Port made it tough winning the ball.
- Patto has been great but a bigger ruckman (like a Knobel) would back you up around the ground.
- We got Polak last year but need another key defender.

You can't just do every position at once.
