why not?
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Yahweh? or the great Clawski?

There is also no minimum sentence so could also walk  - judges call.

Some of the judges interpretations of the evidence have been staggering...+ She stipulates that "it couldnt have been her screaming bc she would've died from the bullet wound instantly instantly" - so she couldn't have been screaming before he pulled the trigger? Not conceivable he chased her around the house and then she ran into the bathroom screaming?

wow

Guilty of culpable homicide

Will is judge send him to jail

Farcical, staggering and bewildering to say the least
"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"

from the song "Don't Walk Away" by Pat Benatar 1988 (Wide Awake In Dreamland)
