if you look at it that way we have the youngest list in the AFL, it is blokes like Richo, Browny, Sugar, Simmo and Bowden (who are 30+ IIRC) who raise our average age  ;D

You're right bluey.

Everyone goes on about Hawthorn and Collingwood having young lists but in their best 22 they each had only about 5 players U22 compared to us that played with 10 or more cubs. Taking just the average (mean) hides the fact we have a age-bracket hole in the middle of our list. To get a truer statistical picture you should take the medium or mode of the ages on our list rather than just the mean. When you do that the medium or mode is around 20-21 years old which is far younger than the Hawks or Pies.
