Summary

* Coburg footy club looking forward to playing on the 'G. There hasn't been a curtainraiser for a long time.

* Howat - Knock under knee in first 5 mins against Box Hill. A chance this weekend. Test tomorrow.

* Fortunate to have guys of the quality of Tivs and Petts at VFL level. Good for both the Coburg and younger Richmond players.

Tivs - super professional and right attitude.
Petts - very high standard. Still areas he needs to work on but he's on the right track.
Cotch - 3 full games + 1 ressies. Has shown the qualities that got him drafted at No. 2.

* Liddle, Horne and Fort are spirited players. They know given the nature of the alignment beast that their spots are in jeopardy if they don't perform. Super impressed with Liddle. Told him over summer if he performs there'd be opportunity. Fort Caruso is very talented and gives us that forward pressure. Horne the same as a solid back. Along with Shelton a competitive outfit.
