Robert Harvey has announced he'll retire at the end of the season after 20 years at VFL/AFL level.

Congrats to Harvey on a fantastic career. Unbelievable longevity given how much the game has changed and quickened just in recent times let alone 20 years. The best kick/footpasser over 25-30m I've ever seen. I still wouldn't have him up in the Hird/Voss class as he wasn't a matchwinner and game-turner like those two but still a champion of the game and a humble one at that  :clapping.

Harvey was a better footballer than Hird & Voss, his won & turned many of games off his own boot. What Robert Harvey you been watching  :lol
