* March said the Miller issue did go on a few days too long and people said things they shouldn't but the focus now is on today.
* You don't go into the role expecting to make these decisons but when they come along you've got to be able to make them.
* Director of Football is now more a management role - strategic planning and managing people. Greg was more a football person.
* Leak is the wrong word. A lot of people have said things to others in confidence and it's got out. It's a management issue to make sure that doesn't happen. Not just the board but you need to be careful talking to other clubs and people. A lot of the speculation in the papers was so far off the money it wasn't funny. We just to reinforce guidelines.
* Once you've made decisons you've got to move on and that's what we've done.
* Board decides on the CEO, senior coach and football director. CEO and senior coach aren't going anywhere. The rest of staff is determined by the footy dept.
* Not aware of any chats with Hardwick.
* New Director of Football in place ideally by early September given their staff needs to be in place by October.
* Board members now and then go into the box and they (coaching staff) do a fantastic job. Nothing unusual.
