Next up is Axel.

Foley played 21 games this year missing only the Hawthorn win due to injury ("soreness"). He averaged 22 disposals (6th best Tiger), was the Tigers' best clearance player, was our second highest tackler and kicked 8 goals for the season.

Some bad points creeping into his game, e.g cant break a tag.
This had an effect on his game.

Average year. 5.5/10

needs to lift

Gee bit stiff. We should remember the Foley was 22 yoa this season I think DannyBhoy.

Big ask for him to be the Vice Captian that young, and he did not have a bad year. Played very well in the all-star game I thought.

As Lids hopfully plays full time mid, Cotch plays more midfeild, Cogs comes back etc. Foley should be less attention on him and he could well star.

How good is it when Foley wins the ball from a center bounce, runs like a madfker towards the goals and slots it from 50 out. I shake the person next to me  :cheers

Started in blaze of glory. After the state game struggled with being tag (as daniel's mentioned)

Picked up again for a while but then seemed to struggle as if he was carrying an injury

Gun player though

7.5/10

For crying out loud give him a break!  If Cotchin had those stats you would rate him an 8 or 9.  At 22 yo he had a season where he suddenly found himself the focal point being tagged every week and still managed to star in the rep side and average over 22 disposals in a side that was climbing from 16th to 9th.  Fair dinkum, you would whinge if we won a grand final by 10 goals that it wasn't enough!

For mine - 7.5 and watch out next year.

A consolodation year, everyone expected him to improve by the same amount as last year which was unreasonable
Had pretty much the same year as last year, but with higher expectations comes more attention and his output wasn't much off last year even with that attention
Was selected for and starred for the Big V and got Australian selection for the IR series

I gave him an 8

Great first 8 or so weeks following on from last year which got him into the Victorian side but plateaued off in the second half of year. Still decent as shown by his stats but we didn't see those explosive bursts from the centre and goals. Rumoured had slight OP so if true that would have restricted him from breaking away from tags and stoppages. He missed the Hawthorn game with soreness wasn't it.
