He might be our Fevola in his reputation preceeding him.
Give him a break and he might do well for us.
Thats what I'm hoping for anyway.
I don't know what he has done before as he was somewhere else when he did what he did and he wasn't a big named player.
So I have no idea about him. All I know is our sellection staff thought enough of him to draft him to us So this is enough for me to get on his good side.
If we can't support our own then what is the point.

Agree.  He didn't appear in any public controversy of any sort (Fevola, Schulz, Didak etc etc etc) so my guess is that his 'misdemeanors' were club related - being under the influence at training, late for training, breaking club curfew/rules etc, just the type of thing that most (not all) players grow out of as they mature.  This guy is lucky he didn't live during the Spanish Inquisition - he would already be a smouldering pile of ashes due to being a witch.
The only truly public 'misdemeanour'  was at the Bombers' B&F (I believe last year's). Not exactly sure what he did and whether it was he turned up sloshed but from reading BB that incident definitely had him on the outer at Windy Hill. Not surprised as he would have not only embarrassed himself but also his now former club.

Btw Hislop was chatting with Petts the most at Wednesday's training.

I hope that he will be good for us as he seems like the type that we really do need.
The Bombers loss and or gain so they better watch out for him when we play them.
There might be a few square ups to go on.
And I have to say this would be good.  :gotigers
