Sounds like Postie isn't too far away either from a chance of a debut going by Rawlings' report in EOTT:

"Played in a variety of positions and was serviceable throughout. Had 21 possessions, with four inside 50s.  Is learning a lot about the game."

Get him in there asap :thumbsup

Firstly I didn't read the EOTT review as it meaning he isn't too far from debuting - but that's just my take

IMHO he is a fair way off. I've watched him the last 2 weeks. Thought he was better against Casey than the Bullants

His contested marking is superb but disposal by foot needs to improve

If Riewoldt under performs over the next two weeks he will surely be looked at.
There are/will be vacancies in our forward line for talls and I reckon get him in there.

Although Post can play forward and the club has said we would play him up there when we drafted him, he really made an impression in U18s as a tall defender who can take a contested mark (took a ridiculous number of marks in a game once which grabbed recruiters attention) and he can run and rebound.

Fair enough WP as you've seen Postie play live at Coburg in actual games. I just saw those stats and went geez that's impressive. Hopefully he keeps this form up tomorrow when the VFL season starts.
