You beat me too it tigers1974  :thumbsup  :cheers

I typed out a summary as well.

* Hoping to be back later this year and always intended to play on next year so that's still the plan but will decide at the end of the year. Wants to play on.

* 80% of tendon came away from bone. Surgeon anchored the tendon down and fixed up the tendonitis he's had as well which was good. Dr. Bruekner reckons Richo will be in better shape with the time off as it will get rid of the tendonitis problem Richo's had for the past 12 months.

* 2-3 week wait before he can do anything so there's no risk of infection. 6 weeks before he can start running again.

* Will get in touch with Lloyd and talk about his rehab. Richo had the same surgeon as Lloyd.

* Richo has been using the body-flow machine for the past 3 years. Believes it has helped his recovery and preparation for the next game. Uses it after every game and every training session. Virtually every day. The machine emits electrical impulses that contract your muscles. Gets the gunk moving out of your legs and gets them recovering faster. Barely missed a game since he started using it (until now of course).

* He believes because he missed 2 full years in the past you make up those missed years now. So another year out will add another year onto his career hopefully. Done research on the tendon surgery and it has a 90% success rate as far as coming back as good as new. Shoulders and knees are fine so no reason why he can't play on.

* Doesn't believe he could coach as he doesn't have the patience. Enjoying his media role.
