B:      Newman          Moore            Rance

HB:     Post              Riewoldt          Tambling

C:      Polo              Foley         Cotchin

HF:    Collins            Vickery            Gourdis

F:     Morton           McGuane           Nahas

Foll:   Graham             Deledio            Jackson

Int:   Browne    Cousins     White/Hislop      Thomson

Emergency: Thursfield, Gilligan, Silvester, JON, Putt, Connors, Tuck, Coghlan, Richo

Put together a young team to test the recruits value and switched some players positions to test them in other roles spots

I can't say that I don't like what you present Stripes.

I think McGuane can be used as a fwd.
I think Post can hold a place in the backline.
I am a bit iffy on Riewoldt at CHB but we do need to think outside the square.

I would also fit Richo in somewhere injury pending of course and thus only keep Richo and Cuz from our 30+. Would open alot of money in the salary cap Richo listed as a veteran and retiring the other 4 whilst Cuz would not be on that big a wicket thus enabling us to keep our stars away from GC and WS.

I believe our list is not a 2-8 list after 10 rounds.

2009 Coach: Wayne Campbell
2010 Coach: Wayne Campbell (If stars align), Damien Hardwick, Mark Williams

In 2010 I'd love for Nathan Buckley to be keen to start his apprenticeship in coaching and maybe Sheedy can entice James Hird to also begin an assistant coaches role. If Campbell wasn't Head Coach our Assistants of Campbell, Hird and Buckley would be extremely strong and would demand instant respect.

2010 Round 1 team:

B:   Newman   Moore       Polo
HB: Rance    McGuane   Tambling
C:  Cousins    Deledio     Cotchin
HF: Tuck      Riewoldt  Richardson
F:   Morton    Vickory      Nahas

R:  Graham      Foley   Jackson

Int: Collins    Coghlan     White     Browne

Emg Ruck = Pattison
Emg Backmen = Thursfield, Post, Raines, McMahon
Emg Mids = Thompson, Hislop
Emg Fwd Small = Connors
Emg Fwd Tall = Gourdis, 1st Round draft Pick

Suggests that on top of the retiring players I think we can safely part ways with McMahon as a 4th backman back up, a top 40 pick woudl be better suited to the club. Raines should also be talked about. Schultz and JON are gone whether we get something for them or not.
Go Tigers!

Schulz is unfortunately, along with King, contracted for another year so unless we can trade him or are willing to pay out his contract (unlikely) he will be around for at least another year.  :-[

Same must apply to Schulz also.
Leave them at Coburg and forget about them.
Even if we get decimated by injuries if we can promote a rookie.
Their days as a senior RFC player should be over.
