Nathan Brown was on SEN this morning discussing off all things his fashion label. Anyway he mentioned that Terry laid down the law to the players that they've got to be super fit and be able to run back just as hard as they run forward if they want to play in his midfield. Plenty of 200-400m drills coming up  .
