Does the RFC earn any extra dollars from today for the use of Punt Rd Oval on GF day?

PUNT ROAD OVAL
11am-1.30pm Free footy activities and family entertainment.
1.30pm-5.30pm AFL grand final live on the big screen.
6pm-8.30pm Concert, premiership team appears onstage.

Great opportunity for our club to make heaps out of other clubs supporters. If we were smart wed of turned the tiger den into the eagles lair for the night and flogged eagles merchandise at huge mark ups lol.

I thought we owned the cricket club, so in effect it wouldnt make much difference or is my info incorrect.

Nothing to do with Richmond but according to BF, 80s band Europe (of "Final Countdown" fame) will be the other "major" act along with Jet at the GF.

Fortunately, it won't matter if the Punt Rd turf is killed off by "Centre Square" as it was last year as the ground is being redeveloped and reshaped. Hopefully the Club is earning a decent quid out of it too.
