Updating the list after trade week:

Gone: Bowden (not on senior list), Sugar, Brown, Cogs, Schulz, Raines, Cleve, JON, Patto and Petts.

Gain: Farmer

So 8 senior list spots are free.

If Nahas is promoted leaving us with 7 draft picks then I don't get why we traded for pick 72 unless we plan to delist another player or forget about the PSD  ???

Our picks are: 3, 19, 35, 44, 51, 67 and either pick 72/PSD#2

2 players are to be "'moved on ""

Polak can play ruck too

Ten players gone with two more to be moved on according to Jack. Gives us 12 players to be off the senior list. That was pretty much an acceptable figure based on the 10 minimum 15 maximum depending on trade week delistings etc we were discussing about one month ago. I'm happy with that. :thumbsup

Are they both senior listed players though?

Silvester and Gourdis may be cut as well but as rookies they aren't part of our senior list. The National Draft and PSD only affect senior lists.

The only two guys I can think of on our senior list that could be still "moved on" are Polak and Putt.

I think you may find that Patto hasn't been de-listed as yet

Jon Ralph said he was lkely to go but that doesn't mean it's official  ;D

I think Putt would be very nervous at the moment. His career is hanging by a thread.

Hope we keep Putt and Gourdis, give them a year under Hardwick to see if they have anything to offer.

True WP. The official delistings don't need to be made until the end of October. At the moment only Joel, Sugar, Browny, Cogs, Rainesy and Sarge are officially gone on the RFC site. Having said that the names mentioned as delisted are no surprise and you would think they would've been told their fate already so they can move on in life.

Id be happy with 12 changes. Makes a decent 1st up statement from the new coach.

Yep at that rate we can turnover our list in 3 draft/trade periods (2 years from now). It's now up to CC, FJ and the recruiters to pick right in the National draft from the 7 or so picks we'll have.

Jackstar said two more to go with surnames beginning with the same letter.

Nine small mids is quite a lot. You'd hope that number to be trimmed over the next year or two and replaced by talls.
