Smokey l think that cold weather is freezing your nuts
Rawling had no idea how to develope them young players as they all went backwards. The whole Coburg side went backwards. But l wont lay total blame on him & will include McRae, Royal, King, & others
You bloody Mexicans are only jealous - video skyping with my father last week (he lives in Bendigo) and he was all rugged up moaning about it being freezing outside. Ha - I was in a singlet and shorts at the time!
I thought Coburg punched above their weight division for the first half of the season and that (to me from a distance) seemed to largely coincide with Rawlings being left alone to coach 'his' team. Once the crap hit the fan mid season then things went awry and I don't think anyone could be blamed for not producing results then (McCrae included). Anyway, he's gone now and it seems that a real wind of fresh air (much more than just a breath) is blowing through Punt Rd. I for one, am very happy and comfortable with that, and even though I was one of those that gave Wallace the full measure of time and support for his plan, I am very happy with seeing his back and Hardwick's front (not literally speaking of course)
. And for better or worse, if that wind of change takes out fave's like Bowden, Tuck, even Richo then so be it - we are a club long, long, long overdue in shifting the balance of power from the playing group to the coaches and management team.
