Have we changed the way we publicize our Membership Tally this year to include ALL memberships rather than just non-restricted? Is this why we have risen in numbers even though it is obvious to supporters that we are in a weld of pain this year?

Last year was a Cousins led aberration that reaped the club a bonanza.
How do we compare with 2008 is what's important.

As per the fine print this years figures on the RFC are combined "match day & non match day" members. Previously the RFC split them as Match day (ticketed) and Non Match Day (non ticketed).

So as Ramps points out we are about 7k down on final figure from 2009

We might not lose that much, as there might be supporters that have up their membership to a higher level like I have.
So it might all work out just right money wise, even though we all know we want more.

True bushie, but to offset the people like yourself who've upgraded; there are those who have downgraded.

I know a number of people who have downgraded their memberships this year; going from one coterie group (Player Club) to the next one down (Locker room)

all depends on what the club budgeted for this season. Blind freddy could have told us we wouldn't match last seasons figure so surely SURELY the club has budgeted for a downurn

Spot on. Would be ridiculous had they budgeted for many more than 39k
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
